An ideal position for role-playing games, where one can simulate a variety of situations from a policeman and a criminal, to a maniac and a victim, it remains only to add costumes and a little imagination. The woman kneels down and lies face down, one hand is along the body, the second one is behind the back, legs are driven apart. The male partner kneels between his lady’s legs, his legs are driven apart and feet are together. One hand the man puts on his partner’s neck, with the second one he takes her wrist of the bent arm, which is like turned up behind her back.

I was in a similar position as downward dog except there was a pillow under my waist and he was between my legs with his knees against the floor and his lower legs were placed in such a way that his feet were hooked under lower legs that I was almost “held down”. If you can picture it. What position would that fall under please?

Hi, Belinda. Thank you for sharing your experience. Based on your words, I would most likely refer your position to the Downward dog position, as it is almost the same, except for the position of the lower legs (which is not important as it seems to me).
